Mission Statement
The Mission of Innovative Empowerment Skills LLC, is to provide programs and curriculum that will enhance all aspects of adult learning. We will work with all stakeholders to support the members. This includes caregivers, governmental agencies, friends, families, and business leaders. It is our mission to develop individuals that can become productive and contributing members of our community.
Vision Statement
With compassion and focus, the vision of Innovative Empowerment Skills LLC, is to empower the members with skills and knowledge needed to be productive members of our community. We recognize that every individual can achieve a quality of life that is consistent with the gifts and limitations of the members. We envision members achieving a sense of fulfillment and purpose in the areas they endeavor to develop and master. Though constant support and direction, we believe all things are possible, and that the quality of life for everyone can be enhanced.

This is a summary of the programs, support and services Innovative Empowerment Skills LLC, offers to the members.
Program, Support, and Service Goals
The transformative learning process at Innovative Empowerment Skills LLC is designed to help the members grow both in and out of the classroom. Each day is filled with opportunities to experience new educational and social situations to further development. We will create a safe and open setting, where members can exploring the world around them.
Our staff will provide a safe and pleasant environment for the learning experience of members by promoting self-determination, self-confidence and independence. Members will be comprised of adult learners and individuals that are transitioning from high school. Our goal is to engage members in real-life events and community based instruction along with basic academic educational instruction.

We will teach life skills and strategies to promote independence. Features of our program will promote an understanding of: money management, pre-employment skills, consumer skills, culinary skills, transportation options, and discussing relevant topics (including health and nutrition).

These opportunities and experiences will help members to grow toward greater independence, self determination, and self confidence in their life choices. The member will be taught critically needed life skills and strategies through planned educational opportunities. The unique features of our program, is to incorporate a basic academic curriculum that encourages higher order thinking skills and a structured community based curriculum. Our desired outcomes are for the members to have independence and the knowledge to self-advocate.
Continued learning will not only include members. Staff will also engage in any learning communities and professional development opportunities. This process will add to their professional breadth and depth of knowledge, and enhance the quality of the services we provide.

Lastly, our commitment is to always have a strong line of communication with the family, members, caregivers, and support coordinators. We encourage dialog, so that we can address any concerns, or suggestions.

Member Services
As of the 3st Quarter of 2024
We are in our location in the Tucson Unified School District at Palo Verde High School. It's a wonderful location, and we are getting out in the community as often a possible. Currently, we offer DTA, and HCBS Services. We will be offering Pathways to work, Respite, and Transportation Services in the very near future.
